How do I get started?
Veterans
I you are a veteran and would like to visit the WWII memorial in Washington D.C. fill out the veteran application below. The trip is absolutely free, no strings attached. Once you fill it out, sign it, date it and
mail it to the address below as soon as possible because we use a 'first come, first served' method based on the date it arrives in the office. If you are requesting a particular person as your guardian, please mark the TOP of the application with that name and the word: Guardian.
Be sure to fill out both pages and sign at the end.
Be sure to have your requested guardian fill out a guardian application (below) and have that person put YOUR NAME at the TOP of the application along with the word: VETERAN
Your trip will include (at no additional charge) a t-shirt, meals, bus transportation and airfare. Souvenirs are not included.
VETERAN APPLICATION
Guardians
IF you like to accompany us on a trip as an escort to a veteran, fill out the guardian application below. Your cost is $250.00 payable to Honor Flight Cleveland and due one week before the flight. If you wish to travel with a particular veteran or buddy, make sure you mark the TOP of the application with the name of your veteran or buddy. Be surer to fill out both pages and sign and date it at the end.
